Bath Remodel $75,000 - $100,000
Located in Ansley Park,
this 1928 historic home underwent a primary bathroom transformation,
relocating it to the main level, addressing the couple's aging-in-place
concerns. The renovated bathroom boasts a large double vanity,
freestanding tub, and zero-entry shower. Thoughtful planning ensured a
hazard-free space with grab bars and mosaic floor tiles for traction.
Overcoming space challenges, we achieved a traditional style with subtle
finishes by repurposing adjacent space and incorporating polished nickel
accents. Our team successfully created a functional, stylish living
space, impressing our clients who now describe it as "the nicest space
in the house."
