2024 Regional Award
Whole House Remodel $500,000-$1 Million
The driver for this project was the clients’
desire for a more spacious, updated kitchen designed for entertaining.
They also wanted a dining room facelift, a new TV room with good views
from the kitchen, a mudroom connecting the house and garage, and larger
primary suite and second level bedroom. The main design challenge was
figuring a shape for the mudroom roof that blended form and function. In
the end, we really expanded and improved the flow of our clients’ home
for day to day and also for entertaining. We actually achieved almost
every single item on their wishlist.
